Double head piston pumps

The Besta HD-200 pump is a dual piston precision pump designed for HPLC as well als MPLC. The pistons are mounted parallel. The housing of the check valves and the liquid ends are manufactured out of stainless steel 1.4571 or PEEK. The pistons as well as the check valve seats are made of saphire, while the material of the ball is ruby. The PTFE pump seal contains a little spring, which helps to seal the inner flange around the piston. The optimised design ensures virtually pulse-free and stable solvent delivery.
The flow rate of the pump can be varied by the rotation speed of the pump motor. The maximum flow rate (depending on the pump model) is 1 L/min. The operating pressure of the pump is continuously measured by an inductive pressure sensor and monitored on the LCD display on the front panel.
The pump can be externally controlled. A computer jack allows flow rate rontrol (0-10V, 0-20 mA) for applications such as high pressure gradient operation together with a second pump and a mixing chamber. The pressure can be recorded by a 0-10 V signal. Pressure limits can be selected to protect the system during unattended operation. Max. pressure 300 bar for the 0.5 - 50 ml/min. pump to 25 bar for the 10 - 1L/min. pump.

The HD 2-300 is a precision pump designed for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
The pistons and the valve seats are made of sapphire, the valve balls of ruby. The valve-casing and the pump heads are made of stainless steel or PEEK.
The pressure is recorded by a sensor and then displayed in 'psi'. A minimum and maximum pressure can be set for security shut off. The flow range is controlled by the motor speed. The pump can be controlled externally by RS 232 or anlag 0-10V DC / 0-20mA. Max. pressure 300 bar for the 0.5 - 50 ml/min. pump to 100 bar for the 4 - 400ml/min. pump.

10 Channel10 Channel Pump.

The pump features 10 separate heads which are combined in 2 blocks per 5. Both blocks are combined with the mechanics in that kind that a 5 channel double head pump emerges from connecting the blocks.The pump heads are stainless steel 1.4571, the valves from ruby and sapphire (ceramics). The pistons are either from sapphire or ceramics, independent of model of the pump heads.
For controlling of the pump a processor controlled DC drive is beeing applied. The external controll is versatile, whether analogue (0-10V, 0-20mA) or digital (RS232).
For monitoring 2 more signals (flow and operation) are available. The massive designed mechanics allow a high operation pressure. The pressure information in the lower table concerning to one channel. At the 10ml version 10 channels with 725 psi per can be operated e.g.

Single head piston pumps

This new generation of a single-piston pump comes with a processor controlled DC-drive. The front panel is at a 30° angle for better usability. The flowrate may be set from the touch sensitive front panel. The flowrate ranges from 0.1 ml/min to 100 ml/min with 5 different pumphead sizes. The design provides many features not available on similarly priced HPLC pumps. Max. pressure 200 bar for the 0.1 - 5 ml/min. pump to 10 bar for the 5 - 100ml/min. pomp.

E-200
Valveless pump, E 200

The piston is flattened in front on approximately 65% of the diameter.In the draw phase (1) the pressure side is blocked, lighting becomes through the axial movement as the piston performs a rotating and axial turn at the same time. The Piston reaches a so-called 0-position in the rear position (2), that means the entry- and exit page is locked. In the forward motion (3) the pressure side will be released and the lighting side be locked. Afterwards again a 0-position results, thereby the piston is in front position (4). Afterwards the procedure repeats. Due to close tolerance between piston and piston jack suspensions, solvents can be delivered without problems (50-500cP). Apart from the revolution the piston stroke can be adjusted manually
