Specific Surface Range:
Pore diameters of 60, 100 and 200 Å are available to accommodate a
wide range of molecular weights. Large molecules experience better penetration
in larger pores, resulting in better resolution. Small pores, on the other
hand, are responsible for higher particle stability and surface area, thereby
providing greater loading capacity. Matching the molecules to be separated
to the pore size of available media will therefore optimize chromatographic
conditions and maximize throughput.

compared to other silicas resulting in improved loading capacities.
* Mechanical strength of IMPAQ™ is comparable to spherical silicas,
allowing for packing and multiple re-packing under high pressure. Packing
