for metal silica scavengers. We have recently found out some keen applications in the electronic industries: optoelectronic semiconductor, optoelectronic and electronic packaging markets.
For exemple, our Si-Thiourea is largely used in a process to remove a palladium catalyst from polymeric solutions. These polymer types are used in the semi-conductor industry. They are using our palladium acetate for a coupling reaction on the side-chain of the polymer. They need to reduce the metal level for conductivity or optical purposes. Our metal Scavengers (Si- Thiourea, Si-Thiol, etc...) can be used in the electronic area.
