The axially compressible
LABOCHROM AMC column for Flash Chromatography and medium pressure chromatography
is the first column of its kind. The column is constantly
under pressure preset by the user and is therefore kept at a pressure
independent of the operating pressure of the device.
- The LABOCHROM AMC columns provide all the advantages of MPLC and approach
the performance level of HPLC separation
- Using pressures up to 65 bar the particle size of the gel can be selected
smaller using the same application
- Can be used in preparative Flash LC and for a variety of applications in
preparative MPLC and HPLC
